As a super small, one-woman-biz there has been evolutions of myself and thus evolutions of how dreamrooted serves and what we provide.
The seasons are transitioning outside and so are they within this space, too.
It’s true for me that the path forward seemed to indeed go backwards as we pivoted, recalibrated, reconfigured and reassessed.
It’s true for the collective that the path forward is seemingly going backwards as humanity learns, unlearns, relearns and pivots.
Back to our roots and the basics, back to a modern twist of ancient and traditional ways, back to a simpler focus on happiness and health:
happiness and health of ourselves, of our hearts, of our minds, of our surroundings, of our futures.
Dreamrooted was always about rooting your dream life into your day to day reality, and it always will be.
May we all realign, recover, and reset.

we are all bioindividual from one another, and that’s why we encourage soul-care solutions for your self-exploration. we all have internal guidance systems, that often present as guidance symptoms. can you listen? do you follow your body’s lead? this is what we encourage, and this is what we guide our clients through: slowing down and tuning in to YOU, so that your internal guidance system speaks to you loud and clear (or perhaps yours is soft and subtle). muscle testing is often considered woo woo, but also has been proven very effective for those that use it, in one example.

we are all pieces to the same puzzle. and we are here as a collective. as we experience harmony within our own Being via self-exploration, we can only be bound to experience that within the collective. One day, systems like Eastern and Western medicine will come together in the recognizing that there is so much beauty when two halves make whole. it’s already merged for many, and that will give way to have it be more openly accepted. we all deserve all of the information to make all of the best choices for ourselves. unity within promotes unity without, yeah? when our external circumstances are amidst a collective chaos, it tends to wane on our personal power and creative energy. which of course isn’t quite the case when external circumstances are rather harmonious. the demands of defence in these times, can leak our power and inspiration that we’d usually utilize to thrive, into measures simply to survive.

a favourite in the essential oil cabinet for these purposes? rosemary. rosemary is used in many ancient and indigenous cultures, mostly in the holistic fresh or dried plant form, as part of smoking/smudging rituals to purify congestion, bring in light and clarity to a space, and to calm the monkey mind. the most miraculous thing about plants? if you don’t have one for a purpose, there’s usually another that will behave and benefit similarly. in this case, if no rosemary, reach for thyme, nettle, clary sage as some other protective and clearing options.

feel the fear, feel the anxiousness, and perceive it as an exciting challenge.

our body doesn’t necessarily have to cave into the energetic state of the environment in which it’s in, without the mind giving it the context to do so.

emotions can be perceived a multitude of ways, and when we are acting as the observer of our being, we can notice emotions that ripple through our body, and we can hear the thoughts our mind wants to apply to them, and we can catch it .. we can hold it ... we can dust off the thoughts, and input new ones.

we can change our perception of that feeling, from dooming anxiety to expanding excitement, and that context will be carried through our body, minimizing the cortisol response and creating new neural pathways so that each experience of this is more and more natural, and less and less recurring.

perception is key.

when we decide to feel good, it kind of works!

the new screams louder the more we cling to the old,

and comfort zones expand when we get comfortable being uncomfortable.

we have seen 20+ years of clear modern science backing the idea that our movement practices and our dieta are hugely important in maintaining a body that feels well and ages well.

cardiovascular disease is the world’s leading cause of morbidity still today, and skeletal conditions affect most adults as they continue to age. these are often believed to be normal because of their commonality, however, the prevalence of these conditions can indeed be prevented. despite knowing the costs of habits endured such as a lack of exercise or poor diet choices, the struggle is real for many in actually integrating choices - even when the information is accessible.

this world presents you with a wide array of both possibilities and distractions when it comes to what our life should look like, could look like, would look like. it’s all unlimited really. the limitations you feel are conditioned and yes it is messy work to let go of them. it’s intention that matters, it’s attention that makes a difference, it’s affection that invokes presence. clarifying what our dream life looks like and what our foundational roots need to strengthen, is ... clarifying how you truly desire to feel. clarifying what - who - how - when - and - where you enter that state, and moving towards all of that with each step. and then also, very importantly, clarifying what - who - how - when - and - where repels you from this state and into your shadowiest self, and creating boundaries and saying ’no’ to all that isn’t FOR YOUr bigger picture.
