Spring registration is under way, and classes are filling up! Join me for nourishing yoga at the friendly Findlay Centre and enjoy the benefits a regular yoga practice can offer. Explore the foundations and benefits of a healthy, nourishing yoga practice. These gently paced classes are suitable for beginners and all ages and abilities. Mindful and somatic movements are combined with the yoga practices to enhance yoga’s promotion of flexibility, strength and calm in body and mind.
Yoga - Continuing
Expands on the foundations of healthy, nourishing yoga for those who wish to continue exploring the benefits of a regular yoga practice. These gently paced classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, as well as beginners with some previous experience with yoga. Mindful and somatic movements are combined with the yoga practices to enhance yoga’s promotion of flexibility, strength and calm in body and mind.
