Check out that mean backhand!

Following arthroscopic surgery on her knee, Tenaya stuck to her rehabilitation protocol strictly. She delicately balanced rest and exercise to rebuild the strength in her leg. No matter what she did, she couldn't get her swelling down to a level where she could play pickleball in the way that SHE wanted.

Tenaya's story is all too common. Knee pain from osteoarthritis prevents millions of people from doing more of the activities that bring them joy and strip them of their autonomy. However, they either aren't yet a candidate for knee replacement, they can't afford it or they want to do everything that can to delay it. Knee osteoarthritis patients need a bridge.

That's where we come in.

Music to our knees - another published research paper demonstrates that Spring Loaded is a great product for people with knee OA who want to get back to doing more of what they love!
"The study results support the intended mechanism of joint unloading via extension assistance, and support use of the TCO brace as a conservative management tool to reduce knee pain in patients with multicompartment knee OA."

Our users are tired and frustrated with their knee pain and they are trying to delay surgery as long as possible or are not a candidate.
They've tried soft braces. They've tried hard braces. They've tried painkillers. They've tried injections. Nothing is working.
While all of these options can provide some relief, nothing has meaningfully reduced their pain in a sustainable manner that's allowing them to do more of what they love.
Insert Spring Loaded.
This user hasn't gone downstairs pain-free in a long time. Their hand is on the rail and they are looking to offload their weight from their knees so it won't hurt too much.
Watch as they begin to trust the braces and are descending the stairs with their own two legs, it's just incredible.
This user is working muscles that haven't been activated fully in a long time because their pain was too substantial to deal with. Continued exercise and wear can help rebuild key muscles that will offer support to the knee so they can get back to doing more of what they love.
