How are you tracking how much water you drink? Dr. Paige Weatherbee-Sakr, ND explores how to figure out where your metric is.

How big is your glass?

When was the last time you measured how much your drinking glass holds?

Sure, if you use a reusable cup or mug that is labelled with its volume, you likely know!

But what about the glass you use when you don’t use a water bottle?

If tracking water intake is something you are working on right now, go measure your cup!

The popular ‘8 glasses a day’ is based on a 8 oz. or 250 mL standard

So if your glass is smaller, or likely bigger than that, you may be under or overestimating how much water you are taking in.

If you are working on this metric (as I am), go get a measuring cup and find out where your metric truly is!

We all know exercise is good for us - heart, mood, sleep, the list goes on. But knowing and doing are two different things, right?

We say we'll start tomorrow, maybe we do start, then we fall off. The cycle repeats. Sound familiar?

Here's what I want you to know: You are NOT a failure. Exercise is a habit that takes time, discipline, and the right support system to build.
