We all know exercise is good for us - heart, mood, sleep, the list goes on. But knowing and doing are two different things, right?
We say we'll start tomorrow, maybe we do start, then we fall off. The cycle repeats. Sound familiar?
Here's what I want you to know: You are NOT a failure. Exercise is a habit that takes time, discipline, and the right support system to build.
