This Winter 2026, we’re offering a range of evidence-based therapy groups exclusively for veterans, designed to support sleep, emotional well-being, trauma recovery, and life transitions.

🗓 Upcoming Groups:

CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia)
📅 Starts January 19, 2026 | Mondays, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
⏳ 6-week group

IFS (Internal Family Systems) Group
📅 Starts January 23, 2026 | Thursdays, 9:30 AM–11:30 AM
⏳ 10-week group
Ideal for individuals currently receiving ketamine treatment (not KAP)

DBT Skills Group

As we step into a new year, we’re reminded that growth doesn’t have to be loud or rushed. Sometimes, it looks like choosing rest. Sometimes, it’s asking for support. Sometimes, it’s simply continuing—one gentle step at a time.

May this year hold space for healing, courage, and moments of peace you didn’t know you needed. May you be kinder to yourself, honour your capacity, and remember that your mental well-being matters just as much as everything else on your list.

And if you’re here reading this, that matters more than you may realize.

This year may not have been neat or gentle. Maybe it stretched you in ways you never expected. Maybe there were days you felt proud of how far you’ve come, and other days you were simply proud you made it through at all. Both count. All of it counts.

Surviving a year isn’t just about the milestones we celebrate publicly. It’s about the quiet moments no one saw — the mornings you got out of bed even when it felt heavy, the nights you held yourself together long enough to see another sunrise, the small choices you made to keep going when giving up felt easier.

If your progress felt slow, that doesn’t make it any less real. Healing is not linear. Growth doesn’t announce itself loudly. Sometimes it looks like resting. Sometimes it looks like asking for help. Sometimes it looks like learning to be a little kinder to yourself.

As this page closes, we hope you can pause and acknowledge the strength it took to get here — even if you don’t feel strong right now. Especially if you don’t.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to turn the page. You only need to be here.

Here’s to honoring what was, holding compassion for what is, and stepping gently into what comes next. 💙
