Today we remember your life, love, strength, wisdom, humour…I remember holding your hand as you faded away Daddy-poo. I think about your hands all the time. The life they lived. I think about how you felt when we hugged, your gorgeous head of hair, the scruff on your face. I think about your sweater collection, the books you loved, the jokes you made. I miss you so much my sweet daddy. Time does not heal all wounds. That’s a lie. Your absence will always be felt. You will always be missed, loved, and present. You will always shine bright.

Dad, what would you have done during this crazy time. See patients virtually. Yup. Give great advice. Yup. Make quirky observations about Trump and all things happening in NY. Well I’m watching Cuomo. But I’m having a hard time with everything else. Playing nurse 24/7 playing educator, trying to work from home. It’s overwhelming. but I talk to you some days. Just because it does help. Love you and miss you bunches. Xo puss

Dad knew how to work hard and play hard. He had an adventurous spirit, a rewarding career and a loving family...and a fabulous way of being funny, witty and often quite eccentric. He was a charmer too. Enjoy the picture collection that brother Dan patiently scanned (a selection of over 8500 pics).

6 years have passed. Seems like yesterday when I would pat your poufy hair and say” not a grey on top, how about that?” Or lay next to you and hold your hand and talk about everything. I miss my daddy but it’s true he lives on in our hearts. today I was watching the Steven Hawkings life story and I thought about you the whole way through. So many struggles you had near the end of life. And so the cycle of madness, fortunes and adventures continues...here on this plane. I love you Dad. Xoxo puss

Daddy poo, I miss you so . For some reason I cry for you today, remembering your last day. And your transition to the other side. I held your hand, and said it's ok to go now...and off you went...into a peace I can only imagine....love you so much.
