✨Teacher Feature: Laura Kieley (she/her)

✨On Laura’s teaching journey: What began as a personal practice over 15 years ago became a lifelong path of teaching, learning, and living with intention. My journey into yoga and movement evolved from curiosity into a deep commitment to helping others connect to themselves—physically, mentally, emotionally. Drawing on studies in yoga, business, and psychology, I love to blend somatics, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness into a powerful, embodied teaching style. I truly believe we are capable of more than our minds say. In 2019, I co-founded The Practice as a space for community, movement, and self-inquiry. Our approach at the studio continues to evolve through mentorship, teacher training, and a relentless pursuit of living well. For me, teaching isn’t a role—it’s a reflection of how I intend & try to live: with presence, purpose, connection, and love.

✨Their favourite class to teach: This absolutely is cyclical but it ebbs and flows between The Practice, The Vitality, and The Flow. The Practice is my baby, The Flow is my foundation, and The Vitality is our newest addition and super exciting. I currently teach The Vitality Mondays at 10am - stay tuned to see Level 2s coming on the schedule soon :).
