Our Story

Rolf Method of Structural Integration is a 10 series protocol that addresses the root cause of pain. Clients feel younger, lighter, have better posture, less pain and discomfort plus many more benefits. It is a long term therapy in that your body continues to integrate the work received in the sessions for 6-12 months after the last session.

The photos above are before and afters of two clients that completed the 10 series. The left photos are the before photos and the right photos are after the 10th session. The male started out with his right shoulder and hip back further back than his left. After 10 his body is balanced and much stronger looking. The left side of the female rotated out and back (leg, torso and shoulder). In the after photo everything on her left has come forward and her body is balanced.
