Her treatment plans are individualized for each patient to ensure optimal outcomes. She believes that every patient deserves to have all aspects of their health to be considered, not just their symptoms alone. Lauren has a special interest in treating hormonal health, which ranges from thyroid conditions and dealing with high stress environments to menopause, menstrual and fertility concerns by using natural interventions. She is also passionate about digestive health, mental and emotional health, and sleep disturbances.
Lauren likes to spend her free time cooking, knitting, running, hiking and going to the farmer’s market. She is thrilled to be back in her home province of Nova Scotia after a brief move to Saskatchewan.
