If I wanted my skin to look noticeably better by July, I wouldn’t leave it until June.

Here’s exactly what I would do starting now:

• Start collagen-stimulating treatments early (microneedling or Morpheus8)
• Address pigment and redness with IPL while sun exposure is still manageable
• Get consistent with medical-grade skincare - not switching products every week
• Wear SPF daily - even if I’m not leaving the house (yes, UV still comes through windows)
