Today’s reminder from the plants (and your feet): slow down and breathe.
Mullein has been one of those quiet helpers in my world lately. Big soft leaves. Gentle energy. Deep lung support. It’s the plant you reach for when your chest feels tight, your breath feels shallow, or your body is just plain tired of pushing through.
Now here’s the part people forget: reflexology and mullein work beautifully together.
When I work the lung and respiratory reflex points on the feet, I’m not just helping the body relax — I’m encouraging space. Better breath. Less tension. A nervous system that finally unclenches its jaw and says, “oh… we’re safe.”
Add mullein into that mix and it’s like giving your lungs a warm blanket and permission to do their job properly.
