Please note that the terms and conditions for class passes have changed as of this morning. All previously purchased passes will be honoured under the previous terms.

8 class passes now must be used within 10 weeks from the date of purchase
4 class passes now must be used within 5 weeks from the date of purchase

Class passes are activated on the date of the first class you book, or after 7 days, whichever comes first.
(If you want to gift one, it is better to gift a gift card worth it's value as that will never expire).

Class passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE, however, if something happens and you cannot use all the classes before they expire you may gift the class to someone who has never attended a class at YRWB.

I've never been a proponent of war and neither is yoga philosophy, but yoga philosophy also states that we do not permit others to oppress or harm us. I once read a quote that stated "War will become obsolete when it is socially unacceptable", but I think we need to first make hate socially unacceptable, nip it in the bud.

It's an idealistic viewpoint, but one I will continue to try to live by.

Tuesday November 11th - No morning classes (Balance & Bones is cancelled), all other classes are still on.

No evening classes Wednesday the 12th as it is my 1st year wedding anniversary and I'll be celebrating, sipping Nova 7 in a heart-shaped hot tub!

We had such a good time and turn out this Sunday!
We've discovered that we have an absolute maximum of 15 people for the sound bath with Reiki With Heidi, but there is only room for 10 in Rest & Reset (45 Minutes of Yin & 45 Minutes of Restorative Yoga). So please, in order to make sure you get a spot, register at yrwb.ca/book-a-class-yoga
You need to book in separately for the yoga and sound bath. The sound bath can be booked directly through Heidi via facebook messenger or email at bieber9@hotmail.com
