I did something last night that felt really big for me…

Not to be perfect.

I try real hard, but thankfully I’m done.

To live authentically I cannot teach” in the traditional way. It drains me, I'm unique. 🤷‍♀️

But today to share a little part of what I do behind the scenes. It feels 💃💃💃

And this morning… the messages came in.

“I feel lighter.”

“I slept deeply.”

“So much love inside.”

“Wow… that was incredible.”

And I just sat there feeling…

WOW!

This work matters.

This is what happens when we stop trying to fix ourselves and start coming home to ourselves.

I’m honestly feeling so excited right now 💃✨

There’s been such a beautiful energy flowing this weekend, and I certainly followed it. Actually, I've been craving it. I love renos, but I love this more. Maybe it's the transformation I'm addicted to. 💫

Sometimes I pause and think about how much my life has changed simply by learning to clear the internal clutter, with the tool of a magical formula.

The thoughts, emotions, and patterns that once felt heavy… don’t have the same hold anymore. And I’ve watched this same shift happen for so many of my clients too.

What began years ago as simple 60-minute phone sessions has grown into a powerful way to help people reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and move forward feeling lighter.

Reiki is for everyone - everywhere 🙏💫

Sometimes Reiki finds you quietly with a soft inner knowing. Or with a nudge from another, as it found me in 2017 and shifted me out of my illness.

Some illnesses are chaotic energy, and as sick as I was at the time, I believed my Naturopath and Reiki calmed my nervous system.

I’m beginning a small Thursday evening Reiki training on March 5th.

Three weeks.
Two hours each Thursday evening.
A safe heart-led space on Zoom.
with no recordings or social shares.

In 2020 - 23, I taught many Reiki sessions via Zoom and achieved extremely wonderful results. When I had a recent request, it felt like home, so I knew in that moment that others are looking for this.
