Summer people-pleasing is a thing. 😎

More invitations.More expectations.More pressure to say yes, stay busy, show up, keep everyone happy while quietly abandoning yourself.

Sometimes the exhaustion isn’t from summer.

It’s from overextending your energy trying to be everything for everyone.

From many client sessions I’ve witnessed this ball of energy, and it’s your choice to let it go. The release is pure freedom, mostly experienced in one session, but, interestingly, I’ve had clients not want to let this restricted energy go until their third session, even though they're ready. It's all they know, and they fear being less compassionate.

So, this is your reminder:

You are allowed to REST.

You are allowed to say NO

You are allowed to choose PEACE over pressure.

And, Awareness is where the shift begins, but Action is the key 🔑.

Today we went on an adventure, well, some would call it a walk, but it was exactly what my soul needed before makeup this morning. 12km trail on an old railway track across a lake, each bridge would bring us to more beauty and motivation to walk and cross another bridge.

Not to be perfect.

I try real hard, but thankfully I’m done.

To live authentically I cannot teach” in the traditional way. It drains me, I'm unique. 🤷‍♀️

But today to share a little part of what I do behind the scenes. It feels 💃💃💃

And this morning… the messages came in.

“I feel lighter.”

“I slept deeply.”

“So much love inside.”

“Wow… that was incredible.”

And I just sat there feeling…

WOW!

This work matters.

This is what happens when we stop trying to fix ourselves and start coming home to ourselves.

When the body feels safe… everything shifts.

There’s been such a beautiful energy flowing this weekend, and I certainly followed it. Actually, I've been craving it. I love renos, but I love this more. Maybe it's the transformation I'm addicted to. 💫
