I believe that therapeutic rapport is an essential role in a healthy therapist-client relationship. I believe in meeting the client where they are at, as they are the best teller of their own story. My goal is to help the client feel heard, respected, safe and express unconditional positive regard so that therapy can be successful. Based on this I find person-centered therapy is effective, with positive outcomes. I am there to listen, witness pain, encourage, support, and guide the client through their own journey of uncovering the hidden person of the heart. I believe in acknowledging a persons strengths on their journey to self-discovery to help them achieve their goals. Quote
