60 Seconds to Self Connection ✨🧘🏻‍♀️

Self scanning is an ultimate self first care hack that everyone should know (and use!!!)

A self-scan is a quick and intentional way to assess your internal state. Think of it as a mental and emotional check-in before the world gets a say in how you feel. Here’s what it can look like:

Pause – Before rushing into your day (or between tasks), take a deep breath and bring your attention inward.

Ask yourself - What am I feeling emotionally right now? What thoughts are looping in my mind? How does my body feel? Any tension, restlessness, exhaustion? What energy am I carrying?

Notice without judgment – Instead of pushing feelings away or labeling them as “good” or “bad,” just acknowledge them.

Decide what you need – Do you need movement? A moment of stillness? A shift in perspective? A break from external noise.

Use this tool anytime you need a moment of calm in the chaos or if you are feeling our of sync with yourself. You will be surprised at just how powerful this 60 seconds of connection can be! Try it out today. 💖
