The holidays can be hard when you feel the absence of a loved one.
This evening will be a safe and supportive night as we navigate the grief that comes with the holidays. It’s important to know you’re not alone on this grief journey even though it feels like it sometimes.
Everyone journey is different but the love is all the same. I will share parts of my story and some tools that helps me when the grief gets heavy.
My hopes is that coming together and sharing. Will help a bit going forward into the holiday season.
