Wholehearted Health Coaching by Danielle Health, Wellness and Life Coach Danielle Bergeron is a Certified Health and Wellness Life Coach, with The Health Coach Institute. It began in elementary school.

Danielle is also a Personal Trainer with NASM. She brings along with her expert training, life experiences that her clients will connect with. Tipping the scale at both ends of the spectrum. Danielle got bullied for being overweight. This caused Danielle to have low self-confidence and a poor self body image. Coming home from school tormented and most days in tears, this went in for years, until the age of 15 where she decided to make a change! The countless hours of research on nutrition and exercise paired with dedication and the will to succeed, Danielle lost an amazing 100lbs! At this point the scale nosedived in the other direction. As a result of Danielle getting stricter with her foods, she then suffered from Anorexia Nervosa. The bullying and Danielle’s bad mentality led her to drop out of high school. After the birth of her daughter the weight slowly crept back on slowly over time and she had gained over 100! She also discovered she had hyperthyroidism, and unrelated she started suffering from grand mal seizures. Danielle was a candidate for brain surgery. During pre-surgery prep weigh in, she had her life changing “a-ha moment”, Danielle discovered she weighed over 300 pounds! Vowing to never see that number on the scale again, Danielle took charge of her health and her life and lost almost 150 pounds thru proper diet and exercise!Fast forward today and Danielle is happy and healthy and in charge of her physical and mental health! She no longer suffers with depression, anxiety, an unhealthy relationship with food, or a poor body self-image! She shares her wisdom and knowledge helping ladies daily with their own life’s journey threw coaching and training.

The last 6 months I’ve been working on a new passion schooling for Adult ADHD and PTSD.

When I was diagnosed back in December 2023 with very high ADHD I lived 38 yrs not knowing why:

Why had a tougher time in school.

Why my mind drifted off so easily but could be laser focused like nobodies business.

Why I had memory issues with some things but certain things I could remember so clearly.

Why I always overthought everything. In the most unrealistic ways.

Why my mind was always busy especially towards night.

why could complete projects in 1 day that would take weeks for most and vice versa things I’d put of for months that would take not much time at all.

Why I had to have things a certain way.

Why my senses got overstimulated more than the average person.

Why I dealt with an eating disorder in my teens. Binge eating and AN

Why had a hard time making eye contact with people.

Why I would have phases of shopping and being attracted to shiny objects.

Why I had a hard time waiting my turn in activities.

Why I had a hard time waiting to speak in conversations.

Why I had a tough time with friendships it all started adding up. Clear as day.

Coaching and personal traning will never stop for me. Lifting weights has been in my blood for 26 yrs and it will continue that way. IPhysical and Mental health are my passions and they always will be. Learning about ADHD and PTSD has been a whole other ball park and has made me realize a lot of things I never understood the last 40 yrs. I myself treat my ADHD naturally with exercise, nutrition, supplements and Cognitive behavioural therapy. ❤️ Every human being is different and I know reacts better to different methods ❤️💯

Don't ever believe you can't do something. If you have a dream you've got to go for it no matter what other people think. Believe in yourself and know that you are more capable of achieving it and most importantly believe you deserve it.

When people tell you that you can't do something it's usually because they couldn't do it themselves! Ignore negative people who put you down and make you feel inferior or inadequate. Surround yourself with people who believe in you and support you alone. If you really want something, you've got to do everything in your power to get it!

Commit yourself to your dream, plan what needs to be done to achieve it, be consistent, dedicated and resilient. Pick yourself back up no matter how many times you fall and keep persevering until you reach your goal!

Be responsible for yourself, your life your happiness. Your life is yours alone so rise up and live it to the best of your ability and don't ever settle for being anything but your best!
