Move better Feel better! We Are Back! Introducing our 4‑week Beginner STOTT Pilates block is all about helping your body feel stronger, taller, and more at ease in everyday life.

Across this series, you’ll learn the key STOTT Pilates principles—breathing, core activation, and neutral alignment of your spine, hips, and shoulders—so your body can move with more control and less strain.
This block is perfect if you:
• Sit a lot for work and feel tight or “compressed” in your neck, shoulders, or lower back
• Want to build gentle but effective core strength to support everything else you do
• Are looking for a low-impact way to improve posture, flexibility, and balance without getting “beat up” by your workout
In these beginner-friendly classes you will:
• Build core stability to support your spine and improve everyday strength
• Learn how to align your body for better posture and easier movement
• Improve flexibility, balance, and coordination with slow, controlled, joint-friendly exercises
• Walk away feeling more connected to your body, calmer in your nervous system, and more confident to move.
Our focus: quality of movement over intensity, so you leave class feeling refreshed, not wiped out.
