Hey everyone, we apologize that you’re unable to get a hold of us . The issue is getting worse and yesterday our fax line quit working and now today we have no phones line at all. Telus didn’t show up for the repair yesterday.
We have the phone lines forwarded to our cell phones now so hopefully you will be able to get through.

Many seniors in our community do not have a family doctor and it is important that seniors have plans in place for healthcare. This booklet helps you make plan .

Sharing a post to inform patients about Squires Chiropractic in case you have not heard and are a patient there . They will be moving back East mid August and closing their practice .
It is difficult for all health professions in the North to find staff, from veterinarians to chiropractors to pharmacists. Sadly this means less access to alternative care in our community. Wishing the Squires family all the best.

To our patients, we have some sad news to share. After 13 years of working and living in this wonderful community, we have decided to move back east to be closer to family, who need our support.

While we are looking forward to being closer to family, we are very saddened to leave Dawson Creek. We love this community and all of the honest, hard-working, and generous patients that we have worked with over the years. This town has been a wonderful place to raise our children, and we have made lifelong friendships and connections that we will never forget.

We want you to know that we made every effort to find a chiropractor—or even a few—who could take over the clinic and continue providing care here in Dawson Creek. Sadly, despite our best efforts, we were unable to find anyone willing to make the move North.

We will be here in the clinic treating patients until the middle of August. We are looking forward to taking care of everyone until then. It has been an honor to have been a part of your healthcare team.

Hopefully, we get to see many of you over this summer to help you out and have one last chat before we say goodbye.

Thank you Dawson 💚💚

Northern Health has identified multiple lab-confirmed cases of measles in the northeast B.C. community of Wonowon, located approximately 89 km northwest of Fort St. John.

While it appears the initial case was travel-acquired, Northern Health Medical Health Officers now believe the disease is circulating in the community. Members of the public in Wonowon and neighbouring communities, including Fort St. John, may have been exposed in various settings in the community since late May. In addition, members of the public may have been exposed at the Fort St. John Hospital emergency waiting area on June 2 between the hours of midnight and 4 a.m.
