Michaela Wiebe Wellness Registered Nutritionist. Wellness Educator. Epicure Consultant. Wife. Mama Hello lovely! I’m Michaela, a small-town girl from Northern BC Canada.

I’m married to the love if my life, best friend and all-around supporter, Joel. Together we have our full of energy, spunk and joyous toddler Eli. As a family we love to spend time being active outside, taking adventures and eating nourishing foods! I’ll be honest I’m transitioning my husband still on the food part haha. There are still frozen pizzas involved regularly, but life is about balance!

I’ve had a passion for overall wellness for years. I love the whole food approach, meditation, breathwork, movement, supplements support, clean home and body products as well as anything to do with self-care. With becoming a new mom, I dove deeper into nutritional support for Mama and baby for the breastfeeding journey, stabilizing our hormones and blood sugars along the way. And now with Eli eating solid foods for the majority of his nutrients my goal is to provide nourishing balanced snacks and meals for him. I want to use my platform to deliver to you, wellness tips, hacks, recipes and products to help you and your families thrive! On the side I have also started offering Epicure Products. Epicure is a company that shares my values of quality, whole foods without any nasty ingredients. I have used their products for years and love the efficiency, affordability but most importantly the superior ingredients. I’m here to help you with all of your seasoning, and spice needs! The transition from one to two children has been an adjustment 😂 but I’m ready to start sharing all things wellness with you again 🤍😊
