“my yoga” at Bloom Family Wellness Collective is a beginner yoga and meditation class for women who would like to take 1 hour out of their day to practice some well deserved self love and appreciation. No down dogs or head stands here....

Class will start on Tuesday March 6 at 5:45pm and run for 4 weeks. Space is limited, pm to preregister.
$40 for 4 week series.
