Dehydrated? You’re a Safety Risk.
Even mild dehydration = slower reflexes, poor focus, higher risk.
On-site, that’s a hazard.
Hydration isn’t a luxury. It’s part of your PPE.
Stay Hydrated on Site:
✔️ Drink small amounts often (don’t wait until you're thirsty)
✔️ Avoid energy drinks stick to water or electrolyte fluids
✔️ Take breaks in shaded or cool areas when possible
