Baby’s Best Chance Dawson Creek - Community Bridge

Baby’s best Chance Dawson Creek outreach program is located in the “Professional Building” at 1200-103rd Avenue Dawson Creek. This program provides nutrition, vitamins, information, education and breast-feeding counselling to pregnant women and teens and their infants up to six months of age.

Community Bridge is operated by North Peace Community Resource Society, a not for profit society established in 1974. We receive funds from Ministry of Children & Family Development, BC Housing, Ministry of Justice, Public Health Agency of Canada and Private & Corporate Donations and Grants. Our mission is to provide education, support and professional counselling programs for individuals and families to build and sustain more positive futures. Community Bridge will adapt its services to best suit the needs of persons served.
