Sorry it’s been a while since I posted but I’m sure this one will make up for it 🩷
Where do I start? I have supported many families and each one of them will always hold a special place in my heart but this one by far is my favourite! My daughter welcomed my first grand baby into the world on July 12, 2024 at 7:29pm, Rylee Dawn 🩷. Being apart of this journey has been incredible, it has taught me how to not only be her mom but also be her doula and that was tricky at times.
In the photos below you will see her partner doing amazing at supporting her, her 2 sisters feeding and tickling her, myself there to hold her hand and of course Connor's mom was there when Rylee entered the world. I truly believe it takes a village, a tribe of amazing people to help love and support you through pregnancy and birth. Watching my baby girl have her own baby girl is an experience I will never forget. She was so strong and always so calm and in control. There were times she was scared but she felt supported and knew everything would be amazing! Her partner was so supportive and right there along side her for the entire journey. He made me so proud as I felt how much he truly loved my daughter and as a mom or dad that’s your only hope! They are loved and protected. Thank you Connor.
Having the honour to be apart of so many families journey into parenthood is like nothing I can explain. Every time you hear that first cry it brings tears of joy.
