The weeks before the holidays can get hectic, to say the least.
Lists, plans, gatherings, early mornings, late nights, and that feeling like you’re juggling ten things at once.
In the middle of all that noise, your body still needs a moment to breathe.
Finding small pockets of stillness, even tiny ones like quiet mornings, a slow cup of coffee, or even a few deep breaths in the car, can make the season feel a lot more joyful instead of overwhelming.
