Take a deep breath it’s Mindful Monday!! Every morning before I get out of bed I lie and do breath work….a way to start the day grounded and calm. If you feel at some point your Monday is a bit much…do this simple breathing exercise….have a beautiful Monday everyone 💕🌿⭐️

Introducing my new little friend!!! Some of you are familiar with the triangle heated scraper . Now we have the baby hand held one…perfect for them cranky base of the skull occipitals…forearms…hands and all little nook and crankies!! I love this little guy and I know you will to!! Movement Monday!!!! Yesterday we got outside…got the fresh air in our lungs and blood pumping through our bodies. Did we do a big ole strenuous walk NO….did we move our bodies and feel good about it after YES! Our bodies are designed to move…and when they do we just feel better!
