🌟 *I AM LOVE*

May this truth echo through every cell of my being, filling me with the radiance of my true nature. May I embody the essence of love, shining brightly and unconditionally, illuminating all that I touch. May my heart overflow with compassion, kindness, and generosity, touching the lives of all I meet.

May this love flow through me, dissolving all fears, doubts, and limitations, and may it reveal my inherent unity with all that is. May I be a channel for this love, allowing it to heal, uplift, and inspire all I meet. May its wisdom guide me, its peace calm me, and its joy uplift me.

May I see the love in every face, the love in every heart, and the love in every moment. May I treat myself and others with kindness, compassion, and understanding, recognizing the divine spark within. May I honor the beauty, worth, and dignity of all beings, and may I reflect the love that I am.

May my words be infused with love, my actions be guided by love, and my presence be a reflection of love. May I cultivate loving-kindness, forgiveness, and understanding, and may I radiate these qualities to all beings. May I be a source of comfort, peace, and joy, spreading love wherever I go.

🌟 *PURE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE...*

May it be the essence of all that is, the thread that weaves us together, and the bond that unites us as one. May it know no bounds, no conditions, and no limitations, flowing freely and eternally. May its presence be felt in the stillness of the heart, the silence of the mind, and the depths of the soul. May it be the foundation upon which all else rests, the source from which all else flows, and the goal towards which all else strives.

May this love be felt, be known, and be experienced by all, as the deepest longing of the heart, the whisper of the soul, and the truth of our being. May it bring comfort to the comfortless, peace to the troubled, and hope to the despairing. May it guide us through life's challenges, support us in times of need, and uplift us in moments of joy. May it be the inner compass that directs our steps, the inner voice that speaks to our hearts, and the inner light that illuminates our path.

May it melt away all fears, doubts, and separations, revealing the inherent unity and interconnectedness of all existence. May it awaken the heart to its own divine nature, and may it shine forth as the radiance of the divine in all. May it dissolve the illusions of separation, the deceptions of duality, and the limitations of the ego, revealing the truth of our shared humanity and our collective divinity. May it free us from the bonds of conditioning, the weights of expectation, and the chains of fear, allowing us to walk the path of freedom, love, and liberation.

May this love be the foundation of compassion, the source of forgiveness, and the guiding principle of all actions. May it inspire us to acts of kindness, generosity, and service, and may it motivate us to work towards the healing of the world. May it teach us to see beyond the surface, to understand the struggles of others, and to respond with empathy and understanding. May it guide us in our relationships, our decisions, and our endeavors, and may it lead us towards a world of greater love, justice, and peace.

May its presence be felt in every breath, every heartbeat, and every moment, reminding us of our true nature and our inherent worthiness to receive and give love. Love Yourself First.

Get to know yourself,
everything about you, become one with yourself,
learn about your body,
it`s the one that you have chosen.
Be aware of what you have,
for it is the home of your soul.

Feel your lungs expand,
as you breath the air around you.
Imagine the blood,
running in your viens like a river.
Hear your heart beat,
as it pumps life thru your body
and the thoughts in your head,
pay attention, til there cleaned.

Feel your skin, feel your bones, feel your muscles,
A functioning system, wrapped up in a parcel.
Your body, a mobil apparatus,
the transport for your soul.
Enjoy the life, the energy, that exsists within your skin.
Look after it, look after it well,
for it is the universe within.
A fractal of the Source.

Then at the end of the day, let it unwind,
let it slow down, relax and rest,
to return to it,s base, its stillness, its darkness.
To centralize itself and prepare for the morning.

Only when I am one with my body
and one with my thoughts,
can I connect, connect with the world, the world outside.
And expand my found oneness,
the love for myself,
extend my love further, further afield,
to my partner, my children, to my family of all forms.

But the journey`s just started,
I have a world that`s to love.
A world to be learnt, to be discovered, to be loved
and now I can start, cause my roots are secure,
my roots have dug deep,
for I found love and a closeness,
to my body and my soul.
Now I,ll look further for the love of mankind,
for the love of all beings in my home on mother earth.
