I have notice a trend lately. Recently, I have encountered a lot of anxious, fear based clients and after our conversation there is an ideology that connects them all..

Dependancy. It is like their worth is tied up in how people treat them, think about them, make them feel etc.

As long as you have reliance on someone else, you will alway work towards feeling sufficient.

Learn to take accountability over your own life and being living a stressless but empowering life.

Hey everyone,
I hope you are all well. In a way I feel like I have neglected this site but there has been a lot going on.

This year, I have taken on more clients thru couch counseling. There my clients tend to come from the native Indian population. On top of that, I have specifically focused more on advertising in the Norfolk communities.
