Delisle Primary Health Team The Delisle Primary Health Centre provides a number of services to the community. For more details, contact the Health Centre main desk at (306) 493-2810.

Services provided include a physician, nurse practitioner, clinic assistant, pharmacy, lab & ECG, clinical pharmacist, physiotherapist, chiropractor, public health services, speech & language, wellness clinic (footcare), client patient access services (CPAS), mental health and addictions services, and homecare. Our primary health team also includes a consultant from 'In Motion' and the town of Delisle recreation director. For pharmacy (306) 493-2815

What is a Nurse Practitioner? A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a Registered Nurse who has additional education and training. What can a Nurse Practitioner do as an Independent Practitioner?
-Diagnose, treat common medical conditions, perform minor procedures (e.g. stitches), complete physicals (including PAP screening), SGI physicals, prenatal and postnatal care, chronic disease management, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications (excluding narcotics), etc.
