as I practice and learn I become more connected with my own energy and emotions. My journey of healing others through reiki has definitely begun and I am learning more and more with each client about different energies people carry. As the leaves change colour we need to stop and enjoy the effervescents of our surroundings. With the change from warm to cool, and from green to reds and yellows, we also change, our moods change. Just be self aware that this is normal and if you need to reach out it's ok. Nature changes seasons and I believe we as humans change with the seasons as well. So we can adapt to what's around us and make the best of what surrounds us. Let's help@each other through all the seasons of life.
