👐 Meet Tanveer - our newest team member offering bodywork sessions at InForm!

Tanveer Sahota is a recent graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy and is currently awaiting her licensing to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). In the meantime, she’ll be offering relaxation and therapeutic bodywork at a reduced rate - perfect for those looking for stress relief, tension release, or gentle recovery support.

✨ Please note: As she is not yet a licensed RMT, these sessions are not eligible for submission to extended health benefits.

Tanveer brings a compassionate and calming presence, with experience supporting prenatal patients at BC Women’s Hospital and a deep passion for helping people move and feel better in their bodies. She’s fluent in both English and Punjabi and is excited to support our InForm community!

Motherhood is beautiful - but it’s also messy, emotional, and often lonely.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself… you’re not alone. And you’re not failing.

At InForm Wellness, we believe that support is essential - not optional.
That’s why we created the New Moms Collective - a small-group program designed to offer emotional support, community, and real talk for moms in their first 2 years postpartum.

Led by a registered clinical counsellor (and fellow mom), this group is a space to:
✨ Share what you’re going through
✨ Connect with other moms who get it
✨ Be reminded that you’re doing better than you think

A supported space for you - and the season you’re in.

Motherhood is one of the most powerful transformations a woman can experience. But let’s be honest - it’s also one of the most challenging.

Whether you’re caring for a newborn or chasing a busy toddler, this season can feel overwhelming, emotional, and incredibly isolating. It’s easy to put your own mental health on hold while caring for everyone else.

That’s why we created the New Moms Collective - a 4-week, small-group counselling circle designed for moms who are under two years postpartum. This is a space to pause, reflect, and connect with others who get it.

Led by Tanya Gill, a registered clinical counsellor (and mom of two under three), this group offers:

✨ A safe space to talk about the highs and lows of motherhood
✨ Tools to support your mental well-being
✨ Meaningful connection with other moms walking a similar path

🌿 Build strength safely for your changing body
🌿 Prepare physically and mentally for birth
🌿 Ease discomfort and promote mobility
🌿 Connect with other moms-to-be in a supportive space

✨ Prenatal Yoga – Thursdays at 5:00 PM
✨ Prenatal Pilates – Saturdays at 11:15 AM

Our small group classes allow for personalized attention and modifications for every trimester, led by instructors who specialize in prenatal wellness.

Chloe will be offering sessions during reduced hours on Tuesdays:
🕚 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
🌆 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
