"Jen came into our lives in 2023 after my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's, and I had just broken my hip. Life was impossible but Jen helped guide us in the right direction. She does weekly assessments and makes the appropriate appointments to get us the referrals we need. She takes us to doctor appointments, and even helps with our bill paying. She ensures our medications are correct, refilled and picked up. When my husband had an emergency she was at our house in minutes, called the ambulance and provided paramedics with the information they needed. In Delta Hospital ER department, she provided the staff with his full history, current concerns, and advocated for him from admission to discharge. She’s found numerous Parkinson's programs and resources that we would have never known about. To say Jen is a gem is an understatement. She is kind, cheerful, and supports us through our emotional roller coaster. An angel for sure!"
