If you find your experiencing jaw pain, here’s some self care you can do anywhere:
 • Place your fingertips along the line of your jaw, just below your cheekbones • Gently press in small circles, working from your ears toward your chin • Breathe slowly and release your shoulders as you go

This simple massage can ease jaw tightness, help with headaches, and give your smile muscles a well-deserved break 😌

Think of it as a tiny reminder that your oral health is connected to your whole body wellness—and that taking care of yourself doesn’t always need an appointment.

 Today’s the perfect day to enjoy the beautiful weather and celebrate the things that make this place so special. From the amazing local events to the people that make up our community, we’re proud to call Tsawwassen home.

🇨🇦 Diefenbaker Park (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM): Join the Tsawwassen Boundary Bay Lions Club for free hot dogs, drinks, face painting, balloon twisting, and a giant birthday cake to celebrate Canada’s birthday.

🇨🇦 Kirkland House (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM): Head to the Kirkland House Foundation for kids’ activities, music, and a chance to explore the historic site.

As we move into the summer months, we’re excited for everything Tsawwassen and Ladner has in store. From local markets to sunny beach days, we’re grateful that our community always has something special happening! We love being able to support and participate in events—or just attending as locals to be part of it all!

As the kids get out of school and the summer break begins, we look forward to hearing all about what our patients get up to when they come in for cleanings this summer and fall.
