Last week, we had the pleasure of presenting to a wonderful group of seniors at the KinVillage Community Centre! Our Physiotherapist, Kyle, spoke about how aging naturally brings changes—but we still have the power to stay strong, steady, and independent. 💪👟

We talked about:
✨ How aging isn't the problem — losing strength and mobility is
🚫 Why waiting for an injury before taking action is the wrong approach
📉 And the power of prevention: how physiotherapy empowers seniors to live safely and independently at home—helping to prevent falls before they happen

Remember, your health is your future. It’s never too late to start building strength and moving more. Even small steps can lead to big improvements in confidence, energy, and quality of life.

💚🎄 Helping seniors maintain their independence is at the heart of what we do. That’s why we chose to support the London Drugs Stocking Stuffers for Seniors program in South Delta this year. 💚🎄

From cozy blankets and pajamas to everyday essentials, we picked up some wish-list items to help spread some cheer to seniors living in our community. We hope they bring comfort and joy to those who receive them.
