My Classes

During my yoga classes and trainings, I strive to create space for each student to experience the yoga practice that nourishes and empowers them on an individual level, while honouring their unique experience of the practice. Each of my classes are designed with a core message or theme and each movement and pose becomes an expression of that core message.

It is my greatest joy as a teacher to guide students through the process of revealing their own strengths, capabilities and potential, both on and off the yoga mat. I continue to be personally inspired by the clarifying nature of yoga, which strips away that which has served its purpose, revealing what is truly important. My focus is not only on Yoga as a collection of powerful healing practices, but also as a vehicle for social change and community connection.

As the founder and previous owner of Lahari Yoga in North Delta, I have a deeply held value of creating a community where students are able to come together to learn and share their love of Yoga.
