Homemade nut butter is healthy, delicious and super easy to make.
Recipe:
2 cups raw nuts soaked in water overnight
1 tbsp Rockwells Liquid Coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Rinse soaked nuts and roast on a cookie sheet at 400f for 15-20 minutes. Add roasted nuts, Liquid coconut oil and pinch of salt to blender and blend on high for 2 minutes.
And that's it! Will store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Optional ingredients:
1 tbsp Rockwells coconut sugar. or syrup for added sweetness
1 tbsp cacao powder (Amazing in hazelnut butter)
Spices like Cinnamon and nutmeg also make great additions
