Nicole graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2006. With a passion for sports Nicole became an active member of the Canadian Sport Massage Therapists Association as their B.C. Chapter Vice president. Nicole works primarily with a focus on injury rehabilitation and prevention, sports injuries, overuse injuries, chronic pain, pre and post natal, headaches and concussions. Nicole believes in returning the body to optimal function by finding the root of the problem, not just the symptoms, but treating the body as a whole. Implementing a diverse approach of techniques acquired through continuing education courses, including Soft tissue release, Craniaosacral therapy, Visceral manipulation and Ligamentous articular strain technique. Nicole maintains an active lifestyle. Her triathlon and marathon training allows her to understand the importance of incorporating massage for both injury prevention and rehabilitation. Over the years Nicole has taken pride on keeping athletes, the weekend warrior or pro athlete, in top form. Nicole has worked with teams such as the B.C Lions, Vancouver Whitecaps, UBC track and field and Trinity western volleyball and soccer. She also had the opportunity to be part of the medical team for the ITU championship and world cup, BC summer games and World Police and Fire Games. Nicole has extensive experience working with athletes of all ages, all abilities, and all variety of sporting backgrounds.
