Meet Melissa Cook our clinic Yoga Therapist 🌟

What is yoga therapy?

Yoga therapy is a holistic approach for physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

You will work one on one with Melissa to create a specific protocol to meet your individual needs.

At the end of every session each individual will receive and outline for practicing movement and breath work based on what was taught in their session.

Melissa is available for bookings though our Jane booking site
Sundays 9am-12pm
Wednesday & Friday 9am-5pm
