Ladner Civic Dental Centre has been providing families with excellent and comfortable dental care for over 28 years. Our highly trained, extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff strives to provide the greatest level of patient care in a calm environment. At Ladner Civic Dental Centre, we realize that there are many people who fear the dentist or dislike visiting the dental office. However, through building personal relationships, communicating what to expect at each appointment and the power of laughter, we find that we are alleviating a lot of those anxieties. We offer a full range of cosmetic, general, and surgical dental procedures. Our list of services includes cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign®, Teeth Whitening, Smile Makeover, Porcelain Veneers, Cleanings & Check-Ups, Root Canal Therapy, Wisdom Tooth Extraction, Emergency Dental Visits, and more! We are conveniently located across the street from the Delta hospital. Our dental clinic is 3 blocks away from the intersection at Ladner Trunk Road and Highway 17A.

What is a CDA: To a dental practice, they are not just assistants—they are team members who enhance the quality of care provided. Their ability to anticipate the needs of the dentist and patient, their technical proficiency, and their ability to manage multiple tasks make them invaluable. Their contributions directly impact the success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients. Truly, a certified dental assistant is the backbone of a dental team, helping the practice run seamlessly while ensuring that every patient feels cared for and supported.

Last but not least, meet Ravi, our office manager, den mother, IT point person. If there is ever a problem, she fixes it promptly, usually before anyone else has even identified it. She keeps everything running smoothly in front of and behind the scenes, and she does it all without ruffling a hair on her perfectly coiffed head. She’s endlessly patient, always helpful, and she bakes the most delicious cookies ever made. We strongly suspect she doesn’t sleep! When not in the office she’s hanging out with her husband, two children, and two dogs. Ravi breezed into our office in 2021 and quickly became the glue that holds us all together, and now we would be lost without her! And how about that beautiful smile!

Meet the legend, the queen of first impressions, the longest-standing employee here: Carolyn! She’s been holding down the fort longer than anyone can remember, and trust me, her memory is on another level.

You walk in and Carolyn knows exactly who you are, what you drive, and probably remembers what you wore the last time you came in.
She’s the type who remembers your birthday, your kid’s soccer game, and even the last time you mentioned your Aunt Edna’s fruitcake obsession. Seriously, she’s that good. And don’t be fooled, she’s not just the office’s memory bank—she’s also the mother of three amazing kids, happily married, and still@keeps up with the latest trends!
She is all about getting you in to keep those teeth healthy! You might not always know how she does it, but one thing’s for sure: If anyone can get you in, it’s Carolyn. Just don’t ask how.
