A wonderful courageous, funny young man left this physical realm, earlier this month. I would enter his room, set up and blast Def Leppard. Within minutes he was relaxed and singing along, it was Pure Magic. I made an Elk Hide Drum and was so looking forward to playing for him. My message was “ No Offense, I would prefer to listen to a one armed drummer.” Ha Ha I didn’t realize Def Leppard’s drummer has one arm, this ones for you 🙏🏻

Congratulations Dr. Geneinhardt, Medical Director at KinVillage, 2019 Recipient of the Excellence in Health Promotion Award from the Doctors of BC, in Recognition of her Efforts in Leading the Development of the Fraser Health Polypharmacy Reduction Initiative in Long Term Care.

In the physical form, from 48 - 91 years, their spirits will be with us eternally. I don’t perceive death as the end of our relationship, but the transformation from physical to spiritual. As my beliefs expanded, so did my senses, our communication doesn’t stop, it is more than what is said or heard, it is a feeling, a sensing, a knowing 💜 Much Love and Gratitude

🌺 What would be a beautiful death ? I have been with many during this sacred part of their journey, heres what I’ve learned.

Being with someone you love or trust. Holding a hand 🤝. The sound of a familiar voice, favorite music 🎼 or words from a book 📚 . The scent of 🌿essential oils fill the air, calming the souls of everyone family, friends and staff 🌼
