🌿 This Month in Culture – May 2026 🌿

Join us upstairs at 449 East Hastings for a full month of culture, connection, and healing.

🧡 Weekly Programs:
• Beading every Monday (drop-in)
• West Coast Regalia Making every Tuesday (drop-in)
• Positive Outlook in Traditional Spaces every Wednesday morning
→ A culturally grounded program for people living with HIV and/or viral hepatitis, as well as those wanting to learn more and support loved ones. This space offers teachings, connection, and holistic support rooted in culture. Everyone is welcome. Made possible through our GLOWS funding.
• Wednesday afternoons are for Talking Circles or Teachings (blue text on calendar)

🌱 Medicine Picking (Registration Required):
This is a full day on the land with our Elder. We ask that those who sign up are ready to fully participate and make the most of this time.

Please come prepared with:
• Proper shoes
• Long pants and long sleeves
• A hat
• Bug spray if needed
• A change of clothes

🪶 These days are about respect, learning, and connecting with the medicines in a good way.

✨ Everything is drop-in unless otherwise noted. Everyone is welcome.
