Udon it again! Sauce (for 3)
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* K**b of ginger, minced
* ΒΌ-cup soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
* 1-2 teaspoon sesame oil
* Β½ cup chicken broth or water
* 1 tablespoon cornstarch
*Vegetables:Β You can use what you have on hand; Today I used: yellow, orange & red bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, celery, broccoli, purple kale, spinach, corn. Other ideas include asparagus, bean sprouts,Β zucchini, cauliflower, onions, or tomatoes.
*Nuts: Almonds and cashews are great to stir in as well. Today I used crushed up cashews as garnish.
*Herbs: Fresh coriander & green onions
