Therapy Balls are used for self-massage trigger point therapy by using specially designed high grip massage balls and focused movement routines to help release & pe*****te through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high tension areas.

Alignment Bands are a versatile prop that acts as both a yoga strap and a resistance band. It can be used in any style of practice, from vigorous vinyasa to restorative, Yin, meditation, or yoga therapy.

Movement using the Therapy Balls and Alignment Bands to enhance easy movements to keep the body healthy and Warrior strong.
