We provide numerous types of Massage Therapy such as , Therapeutic, Sport Massage, Relaxation, Hot Stone, Indian Head, Aromatherapy, Trigger Point work amongst numerous other types. Our Acupuncturist provides several types of acupuncture Therapy, as well

as traditional Acupuncture. Our Clients are what make our business what it is today! To say this group of strong , powerful beautiful women made this day so fun would be an understatement . We had an entire year to catch up on , the day was filled with ALOT of activities, started with coffee , and 75 mins at Activate , lots of laughs, and sweating , moving on to , where we sweat a little more and hot a little stronger , to an evening at Spotlight Cabaret for some dualing pianos , we shared a TON of laughs and some much needed quality time together 🥰I’m so honoured to have such an amazing team . 🥰

20 years ago today I became an RMT. Starting a new career was exciting and a little terrifying. As with any journey there have been ups and downs but being able to help people with their healing and wellness has been more rewarding than I could ever have imagined.
I owe a huge Thank You to all of the teachers/instructors I've had over the years for teaching me the importance of practicing the self-care we preach to others. Learning to 'work smarter, not harder' is the reason I'm still practicing.
For the past 16 years I have worked at the Massage Therapy and Holistic Centre along side the most incredible, supportive team a girl could ask for. I am so grateful to be surrounded by such amazing, talented people. You all make coming in to work every day an absolute pleasure and I love you all ❤️
