One of the hardest things you will ever do is heal alone, and what I mean by healing alone is not using other people to create temporary lack of pain ...not dating because you know you are not ready...not filling your schedule to distract yourself from sitting alone in your grief to think about it....but if you do heal alone..and let yourself sit in the suffering until you heal..You will heal from the inside out..and you will be ok. Be brave my darlings..one more time...just one more time.. You are worth it.

BLUE MONDAY..... Today...coined "Blue Monday" is said to be the most depressing, sad day of the year. Named that due to the post holiday wind up..January bills.....grey skies and temperatures..and the spike in feelings of burnout, and can be very fatiguing. Taking a look at this ...and changing your perception, can lead to a better, more calm and happy day. Not just on Blue Monday, but any day that 'feels " like one.

Choose to ENJOY the time. Walk away from the stress, give yourself time to relax, take time to read a book you have wanted to..finish that chore that will give you a sense of accomplishment..spend a little time with a friend you have not seen for a while. Take a little extra time to create that meal you wanted to try. Do nothing...and refuse the stress...Refuse the gloominess..and see the time as a gift. Time to stop stressing and worrying.

The hustle and bustle..the sunshine..and the paycheck will all come back in due time...For just these "moments in time"......see them as a gift..and allow yourself to unwrap them.
