I'm not sure what is it lately, but I've been suffering many migraines. I always blame the weather, or the moon, or my children 😅 One thing that has helped is having my feet in hot water. If you also suffer migraines or headaches you should definitely try it!

Anyone else feeling extra tired and emotional this week? ME! That could only mean one thing, the moon is doin a thing!
This will be a good one though. Let go of past troubles and welcome new adventures and messages from the universe.

Teamwork! Sometimes we all need a little help, don't be afraid to ask for it. I have been guilty of wanting to stay an "independent woman who needs help from no one" but sometimes I have been in situations when I've thought maybe having someone else involved would have been helpful.
You know the saying "it takes a village.." well s**t yea it's true! Life is hard enough to deal with. Having a bit of help can make all the difference. Even having a different perspective can make a difference. Don't be afraid to ask for help!

This card is full of emotion, confidence, power. There will always be challenges in your life. Think of the 7 wands as the challenges you must overcome to reach stability or the goal you are trying to reach.

This card represents major personal growth. The sailboat with no sails is what really stands out for me. That's you, still in life, not moving forward. It's your job to put the sails on and keep moving forward!
