Kids Yoga Classes at the Didsbury Municipal Library !!
Saturday November 1st, starting at 10am.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but its not required. Comfortable clothing to move in. Parents and caregivers are welcome to participate!

A year ago, I couldn't do headstand. Now I practice it everyday. It took effort and amazing coaches, but facing the fear and changing my narrative about my abilities, that's the big growth💗

Mindfulness was part of the theme of last weeks yoga class, bringing attention to awareness of breath and the body to practice being in the present moment.

One of my favorite things right now is teaching yoga to these little yogis at my kids Dayhome 💗 We practice breath work, meditation, postures and lots of play!
I am so grateful and proud watching these little yogis grow their practice ❤️🙏

I am hoping to start back with regular scheduled adult classes in spring, and stay tuned for info on an upcoming class with me on Easter weekend in North Shuswap BC!❤️

The themes will be forward bends for back body lengthening, and the ethical practice of tapas, or self-discipline/heat in Sanskrit.
