Join us for an immersive sound bath experience enhanced with optional, consent-based somatic touch to support deeper regulation and connection within the body.

Surrounded by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and gong, you’ll be guided into a space where the body can soften, unwind, and release what it no longer needs to hold.

Even the most challenging situations can have a silver lining. I've been dealing with a defective crown bowl that's been affecting my sound, but it's prompted me to consider upgrading. This experience has taught me the value of patience and trusting that everything will work out for the best.

🎶🔮Last night’s sound bath opened a quiet doorway I didn’t expect.

As the rhythm settled and the room softened, I felt into the presence of my drum in a deeper way—listening, rather than leading. And in that still, spacious place, a name gently surfaced: Aletheia.

Her name is Aletheia meaning: Truth. Not as something to strive for, but something that reveals itself when we soften enough to receive it.

There was a sense that the drum has always carried this essence—layer by layer, sound by sound—inviting what is hidden to come into the light, safely and naturally.

I’m holding this name with care, letting it continue to unfold. It feels less like something I chose, and more like something I remembered.

Thank you to everyone who shared space last night. There was something deeply real in the room. ✨
