A roasted chicken for me is so comforting!

It reminds me of when I was little and used to go to my grand-parents house on Sunday's!

I love preparing a roast chicken has we can have left overs for the next days. The bones can be used to make stock and the extra meat can be added in a soup.

I usually add veggies and rice and a can of tomato soup, perfect comfort food for this season.
