Have you noticed that some of your old habits, roles, or coping mechanisms just… aren’t working anymore?

Pause, hand on heart, and ask:

“What am I still doing out of habit, not truth?”

Whatever pops up first – a person, a role, a routine – just acknowledge it.
You don’t have to change everything overnight. Naming it is you stepping onto a new timeline.

You are allowed to outgrow what once kept you safe.
You are allowed to choose peace over performance.
You are allowed to walk away from the scene when your soul has already left the stage.

In times of collective shock, when people aren’t visibly in the streets, it can be easy to interpret silence as apathy.

But shock itself causes us to pause. And when the larger picture is still emerging, there will naturally be a period in which people are processing reality, researching, noticing patterns, sharing findings, and joining the dots.

Furthermore, as we navigate unprecedented times, part of the work is discerning what meaningful, effective action actually looks like in today’s world.

Hopelessness can feel like realism when the nervous system is overwhelmed — but it isn’t truth.

Not all resistance is loud, and not all collaboration looks like a crowd.

Inner sovereignty is of the highest importance right now. Keep your inner narrative aligned with the greater good, and refuse to internalize the idea that nothing will change.

We’ve only just begun.

Okay, I just couldn’t resist the temptation to rant some more about the Epstein files and all that they represent. And the simple summary is this: r**e and s*xual exploitation are not some fluke of the system, they are the essence of patriarchy itself, the necessary rewards for an ideology designed to get men to brutalize each other and be willing to get brutalized, with control of women as the reward, and domination over other groups, like people of color and immigrants. And that requires a strict separation of s*x roles, with men being men and women being women, and woe to the man who exhibits any womanly traits, like empathy or nurturing.
